Refund policy

We want you to live with your ANVA piece and be sure of it. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To start a return, email support@byanva.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and simple instructions.

Items must come back unused, in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect them, we'll refund the full price of the returned items to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return shipping for a change of mind is arranged and paid by you. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we cover the return in full — just include a photo when you email and we'll make it right.

This sits alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law, which always apply.
