Where are ANVA products designed and made?
ANVA is a UK brand. We design every piece to a spec we control, then build it with specialist manufacturing partners and inspect it before it ships. Import, duties and UK delivery are handled by us, so the price you see is the price you pay.
What materials do you use?
It depends on the piece. Our Wood Studio line is solid timber, walnut and oak; Carbon Studio is powder-coated carbon steel; and a few pieces use engineered wood where it genuinely performs best. Every product page states the exact material, with no euphemisms.
How do I look after solid wood?
Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth, and a lightly damp one for the occasional mark. Keep it away from radiators, direct heat and standing moisture. Solid wood moves a little with the seasons, which is normal and not a fault. A light wood oil once or twice a year keeps the grain rich.
Can I combine pieces into one setup?
Yes. Our bundles pair shelves, stands and accessories that work together by proportion and material. If you want something tailored to your desk, email support@byanva.com and we'll put it together with you.
Ordering & delivery
Is everything in stock, and how soon do you ship?
Yes, everything listed is available to order. We pack and dispatch within two working days. Pre-order items show their expected dispatch date on the product page.
How long does UK delivery take?
Tracked UK delivery takes 7 to 12 working days after dispatch. We call it considered shipping: each piece is packed by hand and properly protected rather than rushed out the door. You'll find the full detail on our Shipping page.
Are duties and VAT included in the price?
Yes. The price at checkout is the final price for UK delivery. Import duties and taxes are handled by us, so there is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. We're getting the UK experience right first. EU and US delivery are on the roadmap, and the best way to hear when they open is to join our email list.
After your order
What if something arrives damaged or faulty?
Tell us within 48 hours and send a couple of photos to support@byanva.com. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund. Every ANVA product is also covered by your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Can I return an order if I change my mind?
Yes. Under UK consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to cancel, and we'll refund the item once it's back with us in its original condition. Email support@byanva.com to start a return and we'll send instructions. Return postage for change-of-mind orders is arranged case by case for now.
How do I reach a real person?
Email support@byanva.com. A real person reads every message, and you'll usually hear back within one working day.
